Stomp

Stomp is a unique dance group that originating in the United Kingdom. Unlike traditional dance troupes, Stomp incorporates percussion and flare to enhance the overall experience. The dance members in Stomp began their dance troupe in 1981, and have not stopped since. Stomp musical performances are available in the United Kingdom, the United States, and throughout the world. Because of their decades of success, New York City renamed 2nd Avenue and 8th Street to Stomp Avenue.

As the story opens, Billy Elliot is an 11-year old boy in a northern English community that is battling a miner?s strike. Without a mother, Billy watches as his father, family and friends struggle with the forces controlling the mines. On a whim, Billy joins a ballet class, after training to become a boxer. What to Expect From Blood Brothers

There are not many theatre enthusiasts in the United Kingdom that has not heard of the musical Blood Brothers. It is based roughly on the Corsican Brothers, written in 1844 by Alexandre Dumas. The modern musical has been updated for the contemporary audience, and the players need not return to another century in order to move the plot.
